Ismail Hjila, a well-known Moroccan artist, has chosen to honor Walid Regragui, the coach of the Atlas Lions, by carving a portrait of him onto a wall. The former Moroccan defender made history by becoming the first coach to take an African team to the World Cup semifinals. Favorites Belgium was beaten by Regragui’s team in the group stage, and they then triumphed against Spain and Portugal to advance to the semifinals.
