Templa, the forward-thinking performance-wear brand, has introduced its Hyperion jacket, a groundbreaking biodegradable puffer designed to decompose naturally within five years after disposal. Developed in collaboration with ALLIED Feather + Down (AF+D) and Active Apparel Group (AAG), this innovative release underscores Templa’s commitment to circular fashion and eco-conscious design.
Set to launch as part of Templa’s FW25 – Edition 12 Collection, the Hyperion jacket features state-of-the-art biodegradable materials, redefining sustainability in high-performance outerwear.
Sustainable Innovation Meets High Performance
The Hyperion jacket is crafted from:
✔ Biodegradable 800-fill power down insulation, sourced from AF+D
✔ Biodegradable synthetic fabrics and trims, developed by AAG
✔ Eco-certified materials from Amni Soul Eco® by Solvay and CiCLO®, ensuring the jacket’s 99%+ biodegradability
Designed with both performance and sustainability in mind, the Hyperion jacket will be available in three sophisticated colorways: Stone, Blush, and Black.
Templa’s pioneering approach to eco-friendly fashion was recently recognized with a 2024 ISPO Award, which celebrates game-changing innovations in sports and outdoor gear.
