As the international art world converges on Miami for the highly anticipated art fair, Tequila Don Julio is set to make a splash with a groundbreaking collaboration featuring the renowned artist Felipe Pantone. The partnership aims to immerse attendees in the vibrant essence of modern Mexico through Pantone’s kinetic art and digital expressions.

At the heart of this innovative exhibition is Tequila Don Julio’s latest creation, “Por Amor” (For Love) – a daring and vivid ‘Love Letter to Mexico.’ Crafted in collaboration with Mexican luminaries, including celebrated photographer Thalia Gochez, this energetic body of work pays homage to Mexico’s people, culture, and landscape. Pantone’s artistic vision brings new life to these elements, offering viewers a fresh perspective on the profound significance of capturing a nation’s soul and showcasing it globally.

Felipe Pantone, known for his collision of analogue and digital elements in art, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “My art has always been a way for me to express what is going on in the world around me, and to highlight the people and places that inspire me.” He sees the partnership with Tequila Don Julio as an unprecedented opportunity to celebrate the energy of modern Mexico on a global stage through the lens of “Por Amor.”

Christina Choi, Senior Vice President of Tequila at Diageo North America, emphasized the brand’s pride in celebrating the modern spirit of Mexico. She highlighted how partnering with an artist like Felipe Pantone allowed them to create a visual representation of modern Mexico that resonates with a broad audience.

Photographer Thalia Gochez, a Mexican-American artist involved in the project, expressed her honor in contributing to the celebration of modern Mexican culture through her lens.

The “Por Amor by Felipe Pantone” exhibition, hosted at The Temple House in Miami, FL, will be open on Thursday, December 7th, from 12-4 pm EST. Attendees can enjoy signature Tequila Don Julio cocktails while becoming integral parts of the living art. Thalia Gochez will capture portraits of attendees to be displayed as elements of the artistic tapestry. To reserve a spot, attendees can RSVP on the official website (must be 21+).
