Dar Al Arkan, Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate business, announced that it’s Urban Oasis residential tower, which stands at 34 stories, has reached a crucial construction milestone.
The AED800 million project is being constructed in collaboration with Missoni, a luxury Italian fashion house, in the heart of Dubai on the Dubai Water Canal. Dar Al Arkan Chairman, Yousef Al Shelash, visited the site and personally participated in the topping-out ceremony to commemorate the key structural completion milestone.
Dar Al Arkan’s first project in the UAE is Urban Oasis, which features the region’s first bespoke Missoni-inspired living spaces created by the fashion house’s MissoniHome line, which focuses on interiors, decor, and furnishings.
It is located in the center of the city, straight away from the Dubai Water Canal, and is near to many of the city’s top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, as well as many other high-end lifestyles destinations.
According to the developer, the luxurious homes at Urban Sanctuary have amazing and uninterrupted views of the Dubai Water Canal, making the tower a true urban oasis amid the hectic city. The beautiful tower, which is being built in conjunction with Missoni, is one of the world’s best representations of Italian fashion and contemporary design expertise.
According to the Saudi developer, it consists of high-end one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses, all with MissoniHome luxury interiors.
