The show lasted 12 minutes and featured pyrotechnic and drone performances with over 15,000 effects spanning a 4.7-kilometer stretch.
The Highest Altitude Multirotor Or Drone Fireworks Display and the Most Remotely Operated Multirotors Or Drones Launching Fireworks Simultaneously Guinness World Records were both broken. The fireworks tower was 1,055.8 meters tall, 225.8 meters higher than the Burj Khalifa, and it used 452 drones to send out the “Happy New Year” message.
The Sheikh Zayed Festival’s fireworks display in Abu Dhabi officially surpassed three Guinness World Records. The spectacular fireworks display, which took place in Al Wathba, lasted 40 minutes and set new marks for volume, duration, and form. In addition to the fireworks, there was a spectacular drone show featuring 2,022 unmanned aircraft.
