The Permit Room is presenting The Mango Edit, a seasonal culinary experience that pays tribute to one of India’s most celebrated fruits through inventive dishes and handcrafted cocktails. Available daily in Dubai, the limited-time offering explores the versatility of mango across appetizers, main courses, desserts and beverages.

Blending nostalgic Indian flavors with contemporary presentations, The Mango Edit highlights the restaurant’s playful approach to seasonal ingredients. Consequently, the menu transforms familiar tastes into modern interpretations that celebrate the cultural significance of mango across generations.

Guests can begin with the Mango Maska Sando, which combines toasted bread with fresh Alphonso mango, creamy ghista, maska and forest honey. Meanwhile, the Mango Malai Paneer Tikka pairs chargrilled cottage cheese with ripe mango purée and a tangy mango-chilli glaze.

Seafood enthusiasts can opt for the Mango Tango Dynamite Shrimps, while the Mango & Mince Stuffed Chicken Roulade brings together spiced chicken mince, caramelized onions and raw mango accents. Therefore, the menu balances sweetness with savory elements while showcasing the fruit’s adaptability.

Accordingly, the Mango Shrikhand Cheesecake reinterprets the traditional shrikhand dessert as a cheesecake. In addition, the Aamras Mascarpone – Kunafa Inspired combines silky aamras with mascarpone cream, crisp buttery kunafa and pistachio dust.
