Meta revealed the winners of the Middle East and North Africa’s first SPARK AR challenge hosted in collaboration with the UAE National Program for Coders, the Museum of the Future, and Lenslist.
In the three-week competition, creators were asked to submit their effects for a shot at winning cash prizes of over 50,000 USD. These effects were judged based on their Craftsmanship, Originality, Creativity, and Theme.
Submissions closed on the 19th of June and the judging phase began, made up of a panel of experts from Accenture, Emirates Airline, the Museum of the Future, Lenslist, and Meta.
The key tracks in the Spark AR challenge were Emirates Airline’s ‘Mobility of Tomorrow’ and Accenture’s ‘Opportunities of the Future’
