Priced at AED 275 per guest, the curated Iftar journey begins with the ritual of Palestinian Medjoul dates, freshly baked bread, olives, and a comforting bowl of Moroccan Harira soup, setting a warm and soulful tone for the evening ahead.
The starters are served sharing-style, celebrating regional flavours with a modern touch, from silky hummus and a vibrant Fine Bulgur Wheat Salad accented with pomegranate molasses and red pepper paste, to delicately crisp Salmon Briouats filled with salmon, cheese and spinach. The comforting Manti – Turkish dumplings stuffed with spiced beef and onions – add depth and nostalgia to the table.
For the main course, guests may choose between two elegant centrepieces: Grilled Cod Fish in a fragrant tomato, olive and caper sauce, or a Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder, slow-braised to tender perfection and infused with aromatic spices, offering a truly indulgent Ramadan feast.
