Abu Dhabi Art’s acclaimed Beyond Emerging Artists (BEA) exhibition will make its London debut at the Saatchi Gallery from 1 to 11 October 2025. Following its successful showing in Hong Kong, this marks the programme’s seventh international presentation and its first at the iconic contemporary art institution.
Curated by Lorenzo Fiaschi, co-founder of Galleria Continua, the exhibition features works by UAE-based artists Fatma Al Ali, Dina Nazmi Khorchid, and Simrin Mehra Agarwal. Their practices span sculpture, sound, and textiles, exploring themes of transformation, memory, and the emotional ties between people and place. The presentation offers UK audiences a compelling window into the evolving contemporary art landscape of the UAE.
A Landmark Venue
Saatchi Gallery, renowned for championing emerging artists and making contemporary art accessible, provides a fitting stage for the BEA showcase. Its history of bold, thought-provoking exhibitions underscores the significance of bringing voices from the UAE art scene into global dialogue.
Supporting Emerging Talent
Launched in 2017, the Beyond Emerging Artists programme nurtures UAE-based creatives through mentorship, curatorial support, and international exposure. By presenting at Saatchi Gallery, Abu Dhabi Art reinforces its mission to platform emerging talent and drive cultural exchange, positioning itself as a catalyst for dialogue between the UAE and the wider art world.
The London exhibition continues to expand the reach of BEA, elevating a new generation of artists and showcasing the UAE’s role in shaping contemporary artistic discourse on a global stage.
