Zellerfeld and Nike have unveiled a new colorway of the 3D-printed Air Max 1000, following the sneaker’s global debut in August. This release marks the third global colorway of the Swoosh’s first 3D-printed sneaker, which initially surprised the sneaker world nearly a year ago.
The newest edition, called “Lilac,” features a rich purple hue combined with pink at the branded Air unit. The shoe remains unique for being printed in one seamless piece using Zellerfeld’s proprietary 3D-printing platform. Additionally, it is laceless and highlights tonal Swoosh and “AIR” branding, emphasizing a futuristic, minimalist aesthetic.
Release and Purchase Details
The “Lilac” Air Max 1000 will be available through Zellerfeld on October 21 at a retail price of $179 USD. Raffle sign-ups will open on October 16, and winners will be notified on the release date, allowing them to purchase the sneaker at the standard price.
