However, David and Victoria Beckham have officially sold their full-floor penthouse at One Thousand Museum in Miami for approximately $25 million. Notably, the transaction represents a sizeable capital gain, as the couple acquired the residence in 2020 for $19.8 million to support David’s operational base for Inter Miami CF. Meanwhile, the disposal reflects a broader repositioning of their US residential assets rather than a withdrawal from the South Florida market.

Asset profile and building fundamentals

Located on the 59th floor at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, the approximately 9,200-square-foot residence delivers panoramic views across Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Moreover, the layout includes five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, while the tower’s structural exoskeleton frames floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout the home. In addition, the interiors follow a turnkey, contemporary specification aligned with the property’s ultra-luxury positioning. Furthermore, the building’s amenity offering includes a double-height aquatic centre, a residents’ sky lounge and Miami’s only private residential helipad.

Buyer structure and portfolio strategy

According to transaction details, the sale closed off-market and the buyer is registered as a limited liability company. However, the divestment does not signal a reduced presence in the region. Instead, the family has recently acquired a waterfront estate on North Bay Road for approximately $72 million, indicating a strategic shift from vertical luxury living to a lower-density, private compound format as their long-term engagement with Miami continues to expand.
