Priced at AED 245 per person, the Mythos Twilight Dining menu begins with a choice of signature starters. Guests can select from Signature Hokkaido Scallops served with garlic butter and yuzu pepper, Japanese Prawn Tempura, or Burnt Eggplant finished with soy miso glaze and feta mousse.
The main course features Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including Braised Beef Cheeks with black truffle and cauliflower, Seabass Fillet, or the restaurant’s signature Rigatoni prepared with a velvety cream reduction.
