Aman has expanded its ultra-exclusive real estate portfolio with the unveiling of its first six-bedroom villa at Amangiri, set within the dramatic landscape of Canyon Country.
A Private Compound in the Desert
More than a residence, the 12,000-square-foot villa is conceived as a fully serviced private compound, spread across nine acres of untouched wilderness. Designed to host up to 18 guests, it merges the privacy of a home with the seamless service of a luxury resort—marking the first of 12 planned residences on the site.
Architectural Continuity
The villa is designed by Marwan Al-Sayed of MASASTUDIO, one of the original architects behind Amangiri’s 2009 design. His return ensures a cohesive architectural language—low-slung structures that appear to emerge naturally from the desert terrain.
Using a restrained palette of stone, concrete, and wood, the villa mirrors its surroundings. Oculus skylights pull daylight deep into the interiors, while expansive glass walls frame the shifting hues of the desert and its sculptural sandstone formations.

Resort-Level Living
Blurring the line between home and hospitality, the villa includes:
- Six expansive guest suites
- Dedicated staff quarters
- A full-service kitchen for private chefs
- Wellness-focused amenities, including a private spa and fitness room
The interiors echo Aman’s philosophy of quiet luxury—spaces designed for retreat, restoration, and a deep connection to place.
Seamless Indoor–Outdoor Living
Outdoors, the villa dissolves into the vast Utah landscape. A striking 118-foot pool stretches along the horizon, while terraces, fire features, and shaded lounges create a rhythm of openness and shelter.
Carefully designed gardens and courtyards guide movement between exposure and privacy, allowing the architecture to feel both protective and expansive—fully immersed in the raw beauty of Southern Utah.
A New Chapter for Amangiri
As the first of a limited collection of private residences, this villa signals a new evolution for Amangiri—one that extends its signature blend of architecture, nature, and hospitality into a more intimate, residential scale.
