Pierre Abboud, is an artist and interior designer by profession whose work spans two decades in art and design. In the early years, his work was focused on mural paint for which he became well-known in the region, before moving to Dubai in 2005. He established his own company, Trompe l’oeil, which specialized in events, exhibitions, and interior design.
Pierre has become successful as a street artist with the many trash art sculptures that he has recently built in Lebanon. His fulfillment always stemmed from his passion for art, and the diversity he works with, be it the vast range of media he uses, the diverse art styles he creates, or the wide array of projects he handles, ranging from sculptures and paintings to installations and interior design.
Pierre Abboud has to his credit the iconic “The Dome” that he created for Abu Dhabi municipality and the stunning and enigmatic “Falcon’s Nest” that stood proud in Downtown Dubai. In 2016, he was chosen to bring his talents to set the design of Al Faris, a grand theatrical production based on the poems of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
