The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has unveiled a new series of gold and silver bullion coins that celebrate the UAE’s achievements over the last 50 years. The coins feature intricate designs of images of the country’s leaders, including the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Additionally, one version of the coin showcases the Louvre Abu Dhabi, representing the country’s standing as a major global cultural destination.
These bullion coins were created in partnership with Czech Mint, which is the official supplier of currency coins to the Czech Republic’s central bank. They will be available for purchase after the holy month of Ramadan. Furthermore, the DMCC plans to mint previous editions of its popular gold coins with Czech Mint.
The DMCC aims to support the global gold and precious metals trade landscape and will continue to do so throughout the year leading up to its annual Dubai Precious Metals Conference (DPMC) later this year. The DPMC is an important event for the precious metals industry and seeks to seize opportunities and tackle challenges faced by the sector.
