NFTs have been taking over the world like a sudden wave of wind in the past few months. In accordance with the same, the Dubai Police has taken a step to be a part of the ingenious NFT world.
For the first time ever the Dubai Police has announced the launch of 150 free NFTs, which is considered to be the first set of digital assets. The non-fungible tokens symbolize values of innovation, security, and communication.
People from both inside and outside the country can own the NFTs by being part of the Dubai Polic campaign.
As said by Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, people interested in owning these NFTs must follow the following steps
- Go to the NFT announcement post on Dubai Police’s social media channels using either of the following links;
- Share the post with your friends and connections
- Send a direct message with your names, emails, and NFT wallet addresses.
Keep your fingers crossed as you might be the lucky one to win one of these NFTs.
The Dubai Police has now become the first government entity in UAE and the first police organization in the world to create its own digital assets.
To give the public an insight into what NFT means, Mr. Al Razooqi added more information saying “NFT is a unit of data stored on a type of digital ledger called a blockchain, and every NFT is a unique copy in itself, containing complete information about the date of creation and owner, NFT related Information documented on a blockchain cannot be falsified or copied at all”
