Marking the third partnership between the French luxury house and the Korean eyewear giant, this latest collection introduces 20 unique eyewear designs, featuring eight sunglasses and 12 optical frames.
This new release builds upon their previous collaborations, which included 11 and 17 pieces, respectively. Expanding on the duo’s signature aesthetic, the collection seamlessly blends cybercore influences, metallic materials, and Maison Margiela’s signature white stitches motif. The designs also feature cable temples and avant-garde end tip details, reinforcing the futuristic appeal of the eyewear.
A Versatile Color Palette and Innovative Design
The statement sunglasses and optical frames will be available in silver and green metallic finishes, alongside classic shades such as black, gray, navy, ivory, red, and tortoiseshell. This combination of bold and traditional hues ensures a diverse selection suited for various personal styles.
To commemorate this highly anticipated collaboration, Maison Margiela and Gentle Monster will launch exclusive pop-up spaces in seven major cities worldwide. These immersive retail experiences will feature cybercore-inspired abstract human sculptures, raw design patterns, and sheer materials, reflecting the intricate details of the eyewear’s cable temple construction. However, the brands have yet to disclose which cities will host these pop-ups.

The Maison Margiela x Gentle Monster collection will debut online via Gentle Monster’s official website and select retailers, including HBX, on March 5.
