Porsche has once again partnered with Almond Surfboards to release a second limited-edition lifestyle collection, this time inspired by the legendary 1972 Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7. The collaboration merges performance engineering with California surf culture, delivering a capsule that blends craftsmanship, nostalgia, and style.
At the centre of the collection is a 6-foot swallowtail surfboard, handcrafted in California. Finished in Grand Prix White, the board comes with a choice of racing stripes in Red, Blue, or Green—echoing the signature RS 2.7 colour palette. Only 72 surfboards will be produced, each priced at $3,000 USD.
California cool meets automotive heritage
In addition to the surfboard, the Porsche x Almond capsule includes apparel and lifestyle accessories designed to reflect Southern California’s laid-back attitude fused with the adrenaline of Porsche motorsport. Items in the drop include:
- T-shirts: $75 USD
- Caps: $45 USD
- Faded blue sweatshirt: $155 USD
- Boardshorts, beach towels, canvas totes
- Surf flags, sticker sets, and collectible RS model cars
The design aesthetic captures the essence of “Single Fins & Air Cooled Engines”, a phrase that sums up the collection’s fusion of surf lifestyle and vintage Porsche performance.
