Kelly’s passion for art began when she was little. She spent long hours drawing every day and developed a love for creating. As an adult, she worked as a children’s art therapist using creativity to help others heal from trauma and abuse.
Kelly’s nature of work is an exploration of process, emotion, and color. She uses a variety of watercolor, acrylic, and alcohol markers for her work to create. To explain her story about her creation she uses female subjects and portraiture. She records her entire creation with a focus on enjoying the process of painting. This helps the audience to connect with her creation by providing satisfying art-in-motion videos.
Her most famous works focus on how the artwork is created, allowing viewers a glimpse into the creative journey through short film process videos. She wanted to expand her artistic reach and in June 2017 created her social media brand named Eyeinspired Art.
Despite working as a full-time therapist, Kelly was keen on building her brand such that by the end of 2019 Eyeinspired Art has amassed a large following allowing Kelly the freedom to be a full-time creator. Kelly became committed to sharing her art process videos every day with her followers. This allowed viewers to get a behind-the-scenes look at how she creates her art. These small process videos earned millions of views speedily growing the brand eye-inspired resulting in around 5 million followers on TikTok.
Kelly’s passion to create has blossomed. She spends her day painting and planning new creative projects to help heal and inspire the world and continue to grow her brand.
